ILP (Individual Learning Plan)
Our employees can set up their own learning and development goals, and work out the learning plan together with their managers, thus allowing them to learn and grow continuously.

PMD (Performance Management and Development)
VIS places heavy emphasis on the relationship between manager and subordinate. Both should communicate regularly on what is expected of the employee and how well the employee is performing. We also apply feedback system in our daily work, in order to enhance employees’ performance, and help them to grow and work with the manager to reach the company’s goal
