Our employees can set up their individual development plan
with supervisor to reach their personal learning and development
target and grow up continuously.
PMD (Performance Management and Development)
VIS put emphasis on the relationship between manager and subordinate.
Both should communicate regularly on what is expected of the
employee and how well the employee is performing. We also
apply competency concept in our daily work, in order to enhance
employees' performance, and help them to grow and work with
the manager to reach the company's goal |
