Having a high level of business
ethics means:
(1) We always tell the truth.
(2) We don't exaggerate; we don't show off.
(3) We don't make promises to customers easily.
But once we make a promise, we devote ourselves
completely to fulfilling that promise.
(4) Within the industry, we compete to our fullest
within the limits of the law, and we do not intentionally
slander others in order to gain benefit ourselves.
We also respect the intellectual property rights
of others in our field.
(5) We choose vendors through an objective, consistent,
and impartial selection process, to make sure
we work with the most compatible and competent
suppliers.
We are determined to create
a working environment based on trust, honesty,
sincerity, and cooperation. Therefore, we do not
tolerate any form of corrupt behavior or politicking,
as "company politics" is forbidden.
When selecting new employees, we place the greatest
emphasis on the person's qualifications and character,not
his or her connections or "guan-xi". |

mean maintaining roots in Taiwan while extending
our branches to various parts of the world. To
